Test Product: Lunarpages.com

Here is what I wrote regarding lunarpages.com. I put it upon a forum website that I have used as a member for a while, and essentially the website is based for finding good deals.

I found this alright deal for web hosting through an affiliate…
I thought it was a pretty good deal - its a lot better than I pay, and they advertise a good service:

• unlimited storage
• unlimited bandwidth
• email accounts
• databases
• apparently decent support
• servers use latest technology and scripting/programming languages
• free domain name
• host as many websites as you want
• $700 in software and hosting received in all hosting plans

All of this from only $4.95 per month…

Either go directly to lunarpages.com, or if you feel like helping out a mate follow my affiliate link: http://www.anrdoezrs.net/click-3473337-10446209.
If you do know of a better deal, and not a common freebie, please do tell cause I may end up moving my own website :P One for all and all for one approach.

I decided for the direct and honest approach when it comes to affiliates. The website automatically creates website links, so you can't add html. Thus many users would notice the affiliate linkage in the url. I thought if I made it out as a good deal, and offered the users the choice of the real website link or an affiliate, you might get some kind people. We shall see.

Test Product 2: Lunarpages.com

Here is the second test product for our research: lunarpages.com.

They essentially advertised themselves: "With a minimum $95 commission payout (plus incentives), a lengthy referral period, one of the highest EPC and the lowest charge-back in the network".

The company itself sounds rather decent, particularly with the services they offer:

Our primary focus is supporting our customers' needs (my kind of company): each plan provides 24-hour award-winning customer support, membership to our web forums, and tools to simplify website ownership.

Lunarpages solutions are at the forefront of industry standards, and are powered by Dell PowerEdge servers, the most innovative and secure servers in the industry. Our most popular Basic Web Hosting package is an incredible value at only $4.95/mo, and includes:

• UNLIMITED GB Storage Space!
• UNLIMITED Bandwidth
• FREE website templates
• Free Domain Name
• $700 Free Website Software and Services
• Special Offer on Webhosting Transfers
• Hosting for UNLIMITED Websites on 1 Massive Plan
• Frontpage extensions
• MySQL, PHP, PERL, ASP, Python, JSP, and Ruby on Rails

So what sort of links do they provide?

Here is the square button link, which again is very well designed in my opinion;

Finally, there is the banner width button which attracted my eye:
